A white, two-storey cubic house that is bathed in light with spectacular views of the sunset, the Island of Delos and the crystal sea of the blue Aegean. The house, located in Pouli, it is only 5 min drive from the main city of Mykonos and only 3 min from the shopping area of Ornos. With its 190 sq.mtrs of living space and 1.000 m2 land, consists of 2 floors and is surrounded by stone walls. In the upper floor, you will find a living room with fire place & a dining room, both connected to a spacious veranda with patio furniture overlooking the sea, with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. In the lower floor, you will find a second living room, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, connected to a spacious outdoor area with infinity view, sun loungers and patio dining furniture, private pool and bbq. There is also another independent suite, near the pool. It offers TV and the whole place is fully air-conditioned.
