The villa which resembles an old fisherman’s house is positioned right on top of the sand only a few steps away from the endless blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The house has been recently renovated offering a mixture of islandic and bohemian elements with strong references to beach living.
The house is set on a sole ground floor featuring a living room and open plan kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as an open-plan bedroom and bathroom. Benefiting from a large garden, Amouage Boutique Home features a private 6,30mx4m swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, a beautiful patio with outdoor living room and dining table, BBQ equipment as well as a very large private parking.
The villa offers private sun loungers at the beach. Boat transferring as well as boat rental services are provided right in front of the house. In total the property is able to accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a Queen-size Bed (1,60x2m) as well as a Double bed (1,50x2m). All of the furniture, both new and antique have been handpicked in an effort to create the perfect island-style ambiance with boho-chic vibes.
The villa is easily accessible by all types of vehicles. Its close proximity to the beach makes it a favorite to those who value the beach lifestyle and especially swimming, sun lounging, and water sports. Skiathos main road is located only a heartbeat away, offering easy access to some of the most iconic locations of Skiathos.
Other things to note: Due to its close proximity to the beach as well as a fashionable local restaurant, Amouage Boutique Home may not be quiet for the whole duration of the day. This is therefore a villa that may not be suitable for those seeking a serene vacation.
