The villa is located in the area of Aleomandra, just a few meters away from the sea with superb view to the historical island of Delos and the breathtaking sunset.The villa consists of 1.300 sq.mtr and it is built in a land of 4 acres. The villa is divided into 3 levels and also features a separate guesthouse. The villa features a large sitting-recreation room with sliding doors to the swimming pool, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sitting areas, open plan kitchen, covered outdoor sitting & dining areas. A separate guesthouse is situated below the pool, air-conditioned, providing one double-bed bedroom, a sitting area (could sleep 2 more persons), a fully equipped kitchen, a shower-WC room and a terrace with full sea view.
