If you are looking for serenity and careless vacations near the sea, Villa Rock is all you need! Rock is the Greek word for “nest” and the name was given to the villa from a bird’s nest, existing inside the house. Villa Rock is located on the Southwest side of Skiathos island 10 minutes walking from Troulos bay, on a very spacious land of 5,500 m2 offering isolation and a very pleasant relationship with nature. The plot is home to many trees and vegetation and has direct access to 2 beaches.
Trips to the sea below can be done at leisure round the clock from the house; descend the steps to reach the first beach which is just in front of the house. The second beach is private, only accessible from the house and the sand is shaded by the imposing pine trees. In the evening enjoy the sunset in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck. Take a walk around the property and if you are lucky you might bump into the pheasant and the rabbit that inhabit the land!
