Villa Sunny is a newly built private villa situated on the hills just above Achladies beach and overlooking the famous cape Kanapitsa.The villa offers unpretentious comfort in a spacious 200 sqm environment of infinitive 360 views within a very large garden surrounded by olive trees and pines.
Each floor has spacious furnished verandas where you can enjoy the magnificent Aegean sea view with a cup of coffee or your meal at any time.
The upper floor has one master bedroom with a queen-size, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single standalone bed while the third bedroom- also located on that floor offers a double bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway. Additionally, 2 foldable camp beds can be placed in bedrooms 1 and 3 if needed. On the lower floor, there is a spacious living area along with a working desk, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
The garden, filled with flowers, boasts a BBQ area and countless treasures of nature..

It is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy and seclusion, only 10 minutes away from Skiathos town and some of the island’s most famous beaches. For example, Acladies beach is located 1 km away from Achadies beach and 15 min drive from the airport.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people if the 2 additional camp-foldable beds will be used.
Lastly, even though the house is located only 1klm away from the beach and right off Skiathos Main Road, access to the property is only accessible via a slightly uphillroad, and therefore renting a car is strongly recommended. After 900m of the steep pathway, you are rewarded by the infinitive 360o sea views
The villa can accommodate 7 people in 3 double beds and 1 single stand-alone bed. Additionally, we can place an extra 2 folding cots mattress beds inside on 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Rates include housekeeping services every 3 nights stay.
